“Dancing With The Stars” is on and now we’re rolling through a basic recap from last night’s performances. There was a bit of drama from Debi Mazar and Michael Irvin really did a better job and he was still as jovial as ever.

It’s hard to say at this point who is going to be in the bottom of the barrel for the dancers, but I know who’s on top: Donnie Osmond, Aaron Carter, and Mya are definitely on our radar as winners. Mya is a natural born performer, I can see her going far in this competition. Her outfit is adorable and she looks like she’s having a great time dancing.

Baz Luhrmann picked Mya as his favorite, and Tom DeLay and Kathy Ireland are in the bottom of the barrel.

It’s just been announced that Donnie Osmond and Kym Johnson, Mya and Dmitry Chaplin, along with Aaron Carter and Karina Smirnoff are all safe.

The special guest for the evening is Joss Stone and she’s singing her new single, “Free Me”, while some of the professionals are dancing out on the stage.

Having combined the judges scores with our votes, they have announced that Mark Decascos and Lacey Schwimmer are safe, along with Natalie Coughlin and Alec Mazo, and lastly, Debi Mazar and Maksim Chmerkovskiy are still in jeopardy.

Selena Gomez And The Scene took the stage as Karina Smirnoff danced with Derek Hough. I couldn’t focus on the music because of the fast moves the dancers were doing. It was a good performance, but I enjoyed Joss Stone’s better. I must pick up her new album.

They’ve just announced that Joanna Krupa and Derek Hough are safe, as well as Michael Irvin and Anna Demidova who are also safe. It boggles me how they can make the results show so long, it seems like a waste of 58 minutes that I can’t back.

Chuck Liddell and Anna Trebunskaya is safe as Mickey Rourke looks on clapping. Melissa Joan Hart and Mark Ballas are also safe in their matching polka dots. It’s like Mickey and Minnie Mouse threw up all over their outfits. Kelly Osbourne and Louis Van Amstel are also safe, while Louie Vito and Chelsea Hightower are in jeopardy. Not fair, they must keep the dancing hobbit. He’s so cute, I just wanna pinch his cheeks.

The USC Trojans marching band performed, which is good, but they got all these breakdancers out there making it look like a poor man’s “Stomp The Yard”.

They must’ve heard me begging for them to bring Joss Stone back out, because she’s taken the stage again, singing “Son Of A Preacher Man”. Dmitry is out on the dance floor with Anna and he’s looking so hot. He needs to unbutton that shirt a little more, you know, for research purposes.

It’s just been revealed that Tom DeLay and Cheryl Burke are safe! What?!?!? Kathy Ireland and Tony Dovolani are in jeopardy, but I can’t believe that Tom is safe. This must be an alternate universe or something. This cheeseball mofo almost drops his partner and gets to stay another week?!? Doesn’t seem fair to be, he must’ve paid them off.

So far, in the bottom three we have Debi Mazar, Louie Vito, and Kathy Ireland. The final couple that are safe are Louie Vito and Chelsea Hightower. In the bottom two are Kathy Ireland and Debi Mazar.

The eliminated couple are Kathy Ireland and Tony Dovolani! She had the look of defeat in her eyes when it was announced that she was in the bottom two. The couple are dancing off the show to a butchered version of “If I Could Turn Back Time”.

If you’ve ever wondered how much money the “stars” of MTV’s reality show, “The Hills” are making, then wonder no more. We’ve got the dirty deets on who’s making what.

Lauren Conrad was the show’s top earner, bringing in $125,000 per episode. But that wasn’t by accident, either, she had it written into her contract that no one else on the show would rake in more dough.

Audrina Patridge, Lauren Bosworth, and Heidi Montag are all tied for second place in the earnings game, making $100,000 per episode. Heidi’s other half, Spencer Pratt, brings in much less, earning $65,000 per show.

The show’s new addition, Kristin Cavallari, who took LC’s place, is making $90,000 per show, which probably has to tick off Spencer, since he’s been on the show longer.

Brody Jenner rounded up the list with making only $45,000 per episode.

All of that doesn’t even include endorsement deals, book deals, fashion lines, and appearance fees.

Are they worth your one, two, or even three year salary just for one show? MTV seems to think so.

Update: Stephanie Pratt is pretty miffed about how much Kristin Cavallari makes on the show. According to Hollyscoop, she said, “I’ve been on the show for 2 years. My therapist is $250 and I make a small percentage of that.

Jokingly Pratt grabbed a stack of folded shirt and threw them on the ground. “If that is true…there is going to be more clothes thrown,” she added.

“I thought it was $63K?” Pratt asked. “I love you MTV. Thank you. Thank you for giving Kristin 90k and for…I can’t say any more,” she said, clearly frustrated with the situation.

In a stunning announcement, TLC announced Tuesday morning that as of November 2nd, Jon Gosselin would no longer appear on the popular reality series Jon & Kate Plus 8.

The program will undergo a name change, to simply Kate Plus 8.

The series first debuted on April 16, 2007, and experienced a ratings spike once the Gosselin marriage became troubled earlier this year. This past season the couple announced they would divorce.

The fifth season premiere attracted a record 9.8 million viewers, making it the most-watched show of that evening including those on broadcast TV.

But after a six-week hiatus from new episodes, only 4.2 million viewers tuned in to see Jon & Kate on Aug. 3, and only 1.7 million reportedly watched last Monday.

Kate Gosslin recently completed a stint as a guest host of The View, sitting in for Elisabeth Hasselbeck during her maternity leave.

Gosselin has also reportedly taped a pilot for a talk show costarring Food Network star Paula Deen.

Not surprisingly, Jon has become desperate and is now seeking to save his marriage. PopEater is reporting,

Jon Gosselin is trying to slow down — if not halt altogether — his divorce from Kate Gosselin, telling In Touch Weekly exclusively:

“I regret my conduct since Kate and I separated … I used poor judgment in publicly socializing with other women so soon.” He’s filed paperwork looking to stall the divorce for 90 days “to regain control over the future of our family.” (read more at PopEater)

The “Beautiful Life” had only aired two episodes before the CW pulled the plug on the freshman series. Was it given a fighting chance? No, but it seemed doom from the start.

The show was delayed in shooting after one of its stars, Mischa Barton, was placed in an involuntary psychiatric hold. The show went on and after the stars were in makeup one day before shooting, the network cancelled the series. Sara Paxton, Barton’s costar, was furious and spoke out about the situation.

“We’re so shocked! I definitely think it’s unfair. The CW didn’t give our show a chance to succeed or fail. We had some amazing episodes coming up that we were all proud of, and the story lines were about to get really interesting, so we’re sad that no one will ever even see those! It’s unbelievable the way that they told us—we were all in the middle of work. I was sitting in the hair and makeup chair, and I’m getting my hair done just like a normal Friday—we were all excited for Friday. And all of a sudden, they got the call, and the producers had to make an announcement on set that we were done—that we were over! And I was sitting there in shock. I couldn’t believe that in the middle of work, the rug was pulled out beneath our feet. Immediately, I run over to Corbin’s [Bleu] room, and I’m like, ‘oh my God, oh my God!’ I was freaking out! And Corbin was shocked. Everyone was just devastated. It was horrible. Terrible.”

There are five more episodes that have already been filmed and are ready to be aired. CW is opting not to show them and is basically cutting any and all ties from the series that boasted Ashton Kutcher as its executive producer.

“It’s a slap in the face! It’s almost like we were part of this family and now suddenly we’re dropped. I couldn’t even call the CW because they probably have my number on their caller ID and they’re like, ‘no don’t pick up, don’t pick up.’ It’s crazy. And oh my God, episodes three, four and five were going to be amazing. That’s what really sucks. You’ve got to have time to let a show get its legs and find an audience, especially when they’re putting zero dollars into advertising. And we were slowly going in that direction. Everyday I was getting emails from Japan and Brazil and the U.K from people who were buying the show on iTunes and were going nuts over it. And if they had just given it more time to really catch a fan base I think it could’ve been huge for the CW. I really think they missed out, and I really think they’re missing out on a huge opportunity for themselves.”

After Kourtney Kardashian hogged the spotlight with her unplanned and unwed pregnancy (gasp and alert the church elders) and her younger sister went and got married, Kim is ready to take the spotlight back.

Just days after Khloe Kardashian’s quickie marriage, Kim Kardashian is out with her ex boyfriend, Reggie Bush. They broke up this summer after dating since April 2007 citing different schedules and inflexibility as their reason for splitting. However, Bush’s parents attended Khloe’s nuptials and this made her miss him. Of course, Kim hopped on the next plane out of LAX flew to New Orleans to see him.

“They’re totally back together for real,” says a source close to the couple. “Kim and Reggie spent a few months apart getting their priorities together and figuring out who they were as individuals so they can make it work together. They are still very much in love.”

Nothing throws you back into the arms of an ex quicker than your little sister getting married.

It’s ladies night on tonight’s “Dancing With The Stars” and the evening started off with Debi Mazar and Maksin Chmerkovskiy.

During practice, she didn’t seem to know how to shut up. The duo started off doing the salsa and I can already sense some sexual tension between the two. Are they doing it? He kissed her again, they’re totally doing it. Score: 16, they were being kind.

Melissa Joan Hart is up next along with Mark Ballas. They’ll be dancing the waltz and her dress is just beautiful. Sabrina’s bustin’ a move on the dance floor. She’s actually more graceful than I would’ve given her credit for. Side note: Her wonkeye is creeping me out. Score: 18, I agree.

Mya is up next with Dmitry Chaplin, and they are also doing the waltz. Her dress is cute, too, she’s like a new Audrey Hepburn with that hairstyle. They’re dancing to a hacked up version of Mariah Carey’s “Vision Of Love”…barf. Standing O! Score: 21, they deserved higher than that.

Kathy Ireland and Tony Dovolani are making their dancing debut tonight doing the salsa. She looks pretty in the gold dress, but she’s stiff and somewhat boring…and a foot watcher. Score: 16, too kind, she should’ve gotten 14-15.

Next up are Natalie Coughlin and Alec Mazo doing their version of the salsa. It started off good, but I think he’s way too good of a partner for her. Score: 19. Not too bad.

Macy Gray and Jonathan Roberts are going to be doing the waltz. She’s a hot mess, but she’s more graceful than I would’ve given her credit for. Score: 15, Agreed.

Joanna Krupa and Derek Hough are up next doing the salsa. They did pretty good. Who knew Big Bird could dance? Score: 24 — Agreed 100%

Next up are Kelly Osbourne and her partner Louis van Amstel. She described her dancing as “crap”. They’re doing the waltz and surprisingly, it’s not crap. Ozzy is proud. Cameo by LaToya Jackson enter here. Score: 23 – Yup, yup

In the relay dances, the ladies and gents danced to the foxtrot. Joanna and Derek got first place with ten points. Second place went to Natalie and Alec. Third place went to Debi and Maksim and lastly, four points were awarded to Kathy and Tony.

Doing the cha cha cha for the relay dances, Mya and Dmitry really strutted for first place, with ten points. Second place went to Kelly and Louis for eight points. Melissa and Mark took third place for six points. Lastly, Macy and Jonathan brought up the rear with four points for their performance.

Verdict: Macy Gray is going home tomorrow night. As far as the guys are concerned, Ashley Hamilton doesn’t have my vote at all. What do you think?

Heads up, tomorrow night’s show will have Miley Cyrus’ world premiere video, along with a performance by Sean Kingston. Also, a tribute to Patrick Swayze.
