Steve Madden, who Mary-Kate and Ashley partnered with to create shoes for Elizabeth and James, will partner one again with the design duo to bring us Olsenboye shoes and accessories.

“We believe that Olsenboye will be an excellent addition to our growing portfolio of footwear and accessories brands,” Edward Rosenfeld, chairman and chief executive officer of Madden, told WWD.

The line will include cute suede flats, canvas sneakers, bucket bags and hobo bags in plaid and aid wash prints. All the items will range from $20-$50 in price.

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen appeared on Good Morning America earlier this week to launch their new juniors clothing line for JCPenney, Olsenboye. Names for their ancestral Norwegian name, Olsenboye will feature affordable clothing for the tween and teen set.

The girls talk about the renegade marketing campaign and the Olsenboye truck that’s out and about in New York this week. They also talk about how they keep the prices low, but the quality high.

Olsen boy will be on sale in select stores on November 6th, before being rolled out across the country in February.

Mary-Kate and Ashley visited the set of Good Morning America yesterday to talk about their new juniors line, Olsenboye. The line hits select retailers and online on November 6th. If you’re in New York City, you might be lucky enough to stumble upon on f their renegade marketing trucks!

Mary-Late wore and Elizabeth and James blazer with black pants and booties. Ashley wore a chic black dress and carried a Kelly bag. I’m not loving either girls’ hair, as I like it better when their tresses are a bit more polished.

Olsenboye.com is live! The website dedicated to Mary-Kate and Ashley’s juniors line for JCPenney current;y features a teaser video for the collection. In the video below, three teen girls enjoy a day together, decked head-to-toe inn Olsenboye.

The line will include tops, bottoms, dresses, pants, skirts, handbags and shoes all ranging in price from $20-$50. The collection will hit 50 special stores and JCP.com on November 6th, an will epxand nationwide later.

“Mary-Kate and I watch current trends and see our partnership with JCPenney as an opportunity to add something unique to the marketplace, especially in the current retail climate,” Ashley said of the collection. “Olsenboye is an extension of the Dualstar brand and we feel this collaboration complements and strengthens our business portfolio, delivering trend-based fashion at affordable prices.”

WWD got the low-down on Mary-Kate and Ashley’s upcoming juniors line for JCPenney. Olsenboye will hit stores in early February, but fans will be treated to a renegade marketing scheme beforehand, including sending trucks around New York selling merchandise and cupcakes, teaser videos, and a full-on social media marketing campaign.

The line will be in over 600 stores nationwide and will be sold on JCP.com. The website and 50 select stores will recieve advance merchandise to sell starting November 6th.

Olsenboye is named for Mary-Kate and Ashley’s ancestral surname. The sportswear line will consist of jeans, tops, bottoms, dresses, skirts, jackets, handbags and shoes and pieces will retail between $20 and $50. Travel-inspired collections inspired by cities around the world will also be released regularly under the Olsenboye umbrella.

“It’s very fun, fashion driven, trendy and wholesome at the same time,” JCPenney’s merchandise manager, Liz Sweney, said.

The line will embrace girls of all shapes and sizes, offering it’s wares in sizes 0-15.

“It’s really important that Olsenboye serves lots of girls,” Sweney said. “It’s not just about girls size zero or one.”

I’m so excited about this line. I hope I can fit into some of the larger pieces!
