Bob Wilton is now single as his wife had left him. In his reporting journey he had to interview one of peculiar man. That man described super secret for Bob. He told he killed his master by one staring. Add, he learns this technique from Lyn Cassady who was the inventor of this marvelous killing technique. Bob Wilton is a curious reporter and he met Lyn Cassady who introduced himself as “skip’ for his security. Lyn Cassady is an especial person of US army as he is launching mission in Iraq. He is thinking that he has super power and he can kill any one through human mind power.

Lyn Cassady began explanation about his super power to Bob. When he was an army he learns how to kill people without reaching them. It was really fantastic and dangerous as he can kill any one by just stare. He used that technique to kill enemy soldiers and to pass through solid walls. He is now on a super secret mission in Iraq. They have to pass  the desert. Mean while the movie plot goes to 1980s.

Bill Django is a Vietnam vet. That army planned new technique to kill their enemies. They created especial unit in US army which called New Earth Army. They began to recruit suitable people for their new mission. Cassady and another man were lucky to join to that especial staring kill mission. Hooper had to work with Cassady through out their mission.

Jedi Masters is ling haired person who was dedicated his life behalf of this mind development project. During this period Bill Django had to discharge and US military tries to know can truly their solders kill enemies by staring. They used goats for that experiment. Cassady had to kill goats by staring. But inside from his heart he was contrist about that as it was a sin.

The Men Who Stare at Goats movie is an adaptation of Jon Ronson’s book of same name. This book made huge controversy throughout the world and, most of readers already have read this book. It is comprised with humor, political aspect and the human mind.
