Many of people like this jazz music. There was wave around 1966 about Rock n’ Rolls music. Many people were crazy about this music and it was a trend those days. Still jazz music style could protect its position. Pirate Radio / the boat that rocked 2009 will be really fabulous movie. After fame (2009) movie there was a space for art genre movie. So this movie could fill that position with Rock n’ Rolls music.

The movie plot goes around young pirate radio crowd. Carl is really naughty boy and he had to leave school because of his naughtiness. It turned his life up side down. After he left the school he had to go pirate radio ship. There is his godfather, Quentin. Parents might be thought he will be good person with ship’s Captain’s association. Truly his life goes up side down with pirate radio rock’s crew.

He could meet really funny disc jockeys led by The Count. His crew makes from different people such as enthusiastic Dave who loves rock style lot. He is smart and nice to see but he is really nasty boy in the crew. Simon is kind hearted person but he behaves like an immature boy. Pirate radio rocks by New Zealand “nut,” Angus. Midnight catcher Mark and honest, reliable DJ Smooth Bob rock the radio. Felicity is lesbian cook and serves ship crew to best as she can. Harold is real radio assistant and any time he gives his service. Appropriately nicknamed Thick Kevin also include to this crew.

Pirate radio is fantastic movie which combined various issues to one plot. Dave spends time behalf of Carl to introduce women. Carl falls on love with Quentin’s niece, Marianne. No worries their love won and they spend happy time. But for Simon love is unfortunate thing. Because of his love Elenore truly loves not to Simon but to king of the airwaves”, Gavin. Though Simon and Elenore married their hearts are two sides.

Both of Gavin and Elenore jump to the sea from the top of the ship’s radio mast for show their courage after hearing The Count joke. The count indicates Gavin’s antics with Elenore. Kevin came to change his life but his life being changing as faster as he never expected. He felt his father also in the boat among the crew. But the only problem is he never seen his father. He suspects Quentin. When his mother came to boat to celebrate Christmas he asked about t. but mother denied answering. Meanwhile he got to know his father is Smooth Bob.

Pirate radio became   huge bother for government minister, Dormandy. He instructed his college member Twatt to plan some thing which can put down pirate radio. Though pirate radio is a popular radio channel, government planned to backfire all advertisement funds. Twatt create Marine Offences Act and easily passed through the parliament.

When government is going to act this policy Pirate radio despite it and continue their broadcasting. Getting this thing as a opportunity Twatt arrested pirate radio crew.
